When you request a test drive, we will collect information about your name, phone number, gender, location (Country/Region), email address, and intended dealer in order to contact you later conveniently and provide you with the Test Drive service.

When you search for a local dealer, we will collect your geolocation information to provide you with dealer information that is relevant to you.
1.5 Newsletter
When you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we will ask for your email address to send you newsletters and other information about products and services that may be of interest to you, subject to your marketing preferences. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions at the bottom of any email you receive. Once you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive any emails from us and we will delete your email from our system for newsletter purposes.
If you choose to submit your personal information to us online, we will let you know how we will use the information you provide. If you do not want us to use this information as a basis for further communication with you, we will respect your decision.
Lynk & Co will store your information in a safe and secure environment, and we believe that this will help us better understand how we can serve you and respect your wishes. Also, in order to provide you with a test drive service, Lynk & Co employees in China will have access to your personal information and will share your personal information with the local dealer so that the said dealer can contact you and provide you with the above-mentioned service.
Protecting the safety of children is important. For this reason, we never voluntarily collect or store information from anyone we know is under the age of 14. If we learn that the information we collect contains personal information about children, we will delete that information immediately.

When you contact us for a test drive, we need to share the personal information you provide (including your name, phone number, gender, location, email address) with our local dealer who will then contact you and arrange a test drive for you.
We may share your personal information with our Partners for the same purposes as set out in Section 1 above regarding how we use the information.
Except as stated above, we will not share your personal information with any third party. If we need to share your personal information with others, we will notify you separately.
The Internet is not a secure system and you should always be cautious about all information you disclose when you are online. Personal information collected by our Website is stored on secure operating systems that are not publicly accessible.
If an incident related to cybersecurity occurs that negatively affects the operation of our website, we will provide you with timely information about the incident, the risks posed by the incident, the measures we have taken or will take, and any thoughtful suggestions for you to mitigate the risks.
